Automation Structural Engineer

Job requirements:

1. Design of Non-standard Automated Equipment, including structural design, standard component configuration, design drawing output, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
2. Actively communicate with customers about technical aspects to ensure that the design plan is approved by the customer.
3. Participate in the assembly and debugging of equipment, providing on-site technical guidance and training for assembly and debugging processes.
4. Able to independently complete the scheme and R&D of the entire equipment.
5. Write relevant manuals and documents.
6. Proficient in UGSolidworks.CAD design software.
7. Able to accept business trips.

Automation Electrical Engineer

Job Requirements:

1. Electrical system installation guidance, testing, and debugging (including servo motor phase debugging, laser control debugging, CNC system debugging, etc.).
2. Prepare equipment operation, maintenance, and repair job specifications.
3. Strong learning ability, quick mastery of cutting-edge technology in design concepts, and updating, upgrading, or modifying company solutions or products.
4. College degree or above, with more than two years of relevant work experience, major in electrical engineering, automation, power electronics, or related fields.
5. Understand the principles of electrical automation control and PLC operation, and be able to write PLC and HMI programs.
6. Candidates with experience in CNC systems or servo drive applications are preferred.

Quality Control

2. Isolate and label non-conforming products, and track them for return and maintenance.
3. Manage inspection tools.
4. Able to organize and categorize various machine parts and equipment for 6S management of the workplace.
5. Proficiency or understanding of various basic inspection tools; experience in mechanical equipment manufacturing is preferred~
